Bradley Henry American Family Insurance

I have been very unhappy with Brad Henry, after my agent of 20+ years retired Mr. Jorgeson, what a great agency Craig J had built and great staff. It is very difficult to even get an opportunity to speak with Brad, have to make an appointment even to have phone call with him and that takes a week. I have complained to Brad about this issue before. I just called in today, 3 times, and each time I was directed to the 800 customer service. In fact when I called in it asked what I wanted and each thing listed would make me go to the 800 customer service, not even an option to speak directly with the office or leave any form of message to get a call back. I am very frustrated and get stressed every time I call into this office. All I wanted to do was ask a question about my auto insurance, I have 4 cars, 1 house, 1 bus, and an umbrella policy. Since Brad took over my policies, with no work to earn my business, I feel he feels that he does not need to work for my business and or commission and I am just free money that he got to put in his pocket. When will American Family customer service come back.
