Great staff. Quiet place to live. Quinton is a new addition on the maintenance team and he does a nice job whenever he needs access to the apartment. Good place to live.

If youre looking for a great place to live , that has an Amazing staff from the office to the maintenance they all do a wonderful job and are beyond friendly look no further.

Maintains at the Overlook in Topeka Kansas is Great. Quenton was just here to change the filter in furnace. He was so kind and polite.
