Kensington Park Apartments

My 5 stars are for the honest reviewers and the pictures. Hopefully with the cash flow coming from the tenants, the tax breaks that the county gives building owners and property management companies these conditions are addressed. I'm currently searching this God forsaken town for a long term rental and I'm speechless at what is offered and expected to be tolerated. Jusayin.

If zero stars was an option Id select it. Just took them to court 3 weeks ago (and won) after I had to file suit against these guys for holding my security deposit and 2 months rent! Office manger and Property Owner completely lack in communication skills as well as overall professionalism. Wouldnt recommend

Water pouring into apartment bedroom from melting snow. Office said they would do anything til the snow is gone. I guess it makes too much sense to shovel the snow.

Still dont have a garbage disposal after many months of them knowing. The cheap AC is god awful In the summer months. They will give you a notice on your door of eviction if you are a week late on rent and are never late after years of living here. This is not managements fault but corporates.
