        Just left these apartments after living here for a year, and you get what you pay for, not too bad of apartments for Topeka and the maintenance is very friendly. That said I dont like that they cut down most of their trees to cover up the homeless camp in the creek, they have cleaners come in and do the carpets about every two-three months, I did have to clean my own a/c unit because it kept spitting out clumps of black dirt. May move back in a few years, but not until they fix the extra billing that got slapped on when management changed

        This place sucks! I was forced to move her. I got bit by several brown recluses! This place is infested with them. The management sucks. I was called a Nigg-r in my own apartment. The guy had a long rap sheet, so I dont know how he ever got approved to live there! The property is extremely rundown and very noisy. You can smell cigarette smoke (gross)! Im so happy that I left that place and am now living in a new state and house.

        If anything is broken in your apartment...Trust me they wont fix it but will charge you for it after you move. They care about you; just money. Management sucks!!!!
