I currently live there. I can tell you this that . Your allowed pets The pool is never professionally. There's lots of vandalism and damage . If I would have known I wouldn't have moved in

When I first moved in I went almost two months without refrigerator repair. I broke my lease left the apartment clean than ever they charged me $25 for cleanup 100 for the paint touch-up and for the stove top burners which was already Rusty when I moved in and I broke my lease and PayDay 3 months up these people are bad for business..

It is going on 3 weeks now and my friend who has only lived here 5 for the 2nd time now still does not have hot water. Also there are racoons living in the vents. This place does not care about its tenants. Only gives two Fs about saving money and getting money.

Dirty all the way around. Very unsafe for the Occupants, my daughter has had maintenance and pest control just entering her apartment as they please. It's been 4 times that this has happened. No notices about them entering the unit for whatever reason. So when she brought it up to the person that entered they said a notice was put up, my daughter never even received one. Notified the office on each occasion and their response is" they need to get into the apartment to do things that are needed." My daughter has asked many of her neighbors if they have had that issue of Maintenance or anyone else walking into their untit, and they have said they don't. So now this sounds like a safety issue and needs to be fixed ASAP. AS IN TODAY NOT TOMORROW!!!! Do better for the safety of your tenants. There are weirdos wandering around the unit as it is and now people just walk in as they please.
