Super 8 by Wyndham Topeka/Wanamaker RD/I-70

No stars if I could! Nasty nasty nasty don't go here. As soon as we got into our room a chair right infront of the door....turn the lights on and the carpet looks like it has never been cleaned or anything!walls dirty blood on the wall...boogers on the sheets! We got a new room and still nasty again stains on everything! Toilet didn't work and phone didn't work TV didn't work (didn't care about the tv.) Smoke smell in hallway was really bad had all my children and it was so late and my kids where so tired and I was so tired I forgot to look at reviews would have never came here if I just seen the reviews. This place need to be closed down no one should pay to stay here ever!

We stayed there overnight on the 7th of April. Will never do it again. Room was VERY dirty, TV did not work, microwave broken, refrigerator not working, floor had so many stains you could not tell what color it was, breakfast was waffles and coffee nothing else. I would rate this Super 8 a -4 out of 10. Rooms: Dirty Food & drinks: None available

If not for the location, and the fact that we were exhausted, we would never have stayed here. Stinks of cigarettes, burn holes in decades old bedding, gross carpet. Security door blocked open, neighborhood people hanging around in the lobby. No way was I going to eat breakfast there. Never again.

Disgusting. Unpainted repairs in the bathroom, exposed electrical boxes in the bedroom, rusty bathroom areas, broken window covering, the entry light did not work, outside access door was propped open with a rug, one sheet had cigarette burns in it (though it looked clean), refrigerator needed defrosting as there was an abundance of built up ice; both bed coverings were torn or ripped, the outside door handle was broken, and it took two hands to pull it open. The door to what seemed like a management office was open and looked like trashy inside. I do not know if they served breakfast, but I would not consider staying after seeing what looked like a food prep area inside the office. I would have left without staying except that I had a paid reservation. If I could leave zero or negative stars for a rating, I would have. The only positive observation is that two staff members seemed cordial and attentive. As to the facility, it was disgusting. Rooms: Broken window curtain, exposed electrical box on the floor, torn bed covers, cigarette burn on a sheet, unpainted repair area in the bathroom. See the review for more details.
