Allows dogs, good breakfast, rooms were clean and comfortable. Good value. Near a lot of great eating spots and close to freeways.

Very upset! We stayed at this hotel last year and it was great. This year I booked it several weeks in advance because they fill up quickly when these events are on town. I called the day of to make sure I had the correct price, so I knew the card I was using would work. I show up with my 2 young children the day of to check in and she can't find my booking, so she called her boss. Her boss tells her the room was cancelled because the card didn't go through. (I pulled up my bank info right then to ensure I had more than enough and I did). They gave my room away and were sold out. The boss then says I can go to another hotel she is in charge of. She has a king room there and they'll give me a roll-away bed free. (I had a king/queen family suite booked at this hotel). Having no other instant option for me and my kids I tried the other hotel. The lady was not informed by her boss about the conversation and tells me the single king room is $80 more than the suite I had booked AND the roll-away bed is extra. I said "I can't do that" because it seemed ridiculous to me to pay that much more for not even half the room space. Her reply was "sorry". We left and luckily got the last room at another hotel not related. I'm very disappointed since we liked this hotel last time.

The front desk guy was amazing!!! He took very good care of us. Made sure we had everything we needed for the time we were there. He is a Rockstar and deserves a raise!!! We should all take a page out of his book
