If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would! Orion (LRS) bought a trash service company in our town. The billing department has been a nightmare, from day1!!! When I call, one of two things happens - 1.They tell me no one at that office can help me, in Kansas, they take my name/number and say someone will call back. NO ONE EVER HAS! 2. I get someone who makes notes, says they are "fixing" the billing issue, when in reality, they haven't fixed the issue! A month or so, I receive yet another incorrect bill. We finally cancelled the service and a week later, their trash bin is still in our driveway. What a joke!!

If I could give a negative rating I would! I have been a loyal customer since Dutch owned this and now they are going back to 2022 and 2023 bills they say I owe but continued picking up our trash and its 2024.I have never not paid my bills. This company needs people to be responsible for this nonsense

This company is garbage they do nothing they say and even when you cancel the service they won't pick up there trash can. Called in December to have service removed trash can is still here apparently they cam dp whatever they want and charge you for it. So this trash can will be at the front door of your topeka office.
