I cant speak for all drivers but I have been very fortunate to have a driver that cares about his job and picks up anything that falls on the ground and I have seen him at other places and picking up and little trash that floats out or just falls out he still picks it up and thats impressive to me

Driver is always respectful to our property. The can is always standing up after being emptied. Driver is friendly.

Raise rates every yr w no explanation, if there were other providers we would switch asap. Our driver is excellent.

We really appreciate the quick response when we needed a new container recently. I also really like the communication from WM regarding holiday schedule, etc.

I always give you 5 stars. There are likely cheaper options, but we choose WM for their service and commitment to customer satisfaction. I know that the recent weather in our area has caused challenges, but its been nearly a month since recyclables have been collected and one week that you did not collect trash, the county trash service seemed to be able to collect trash. I think employee safety and protection of trucks is definitely important, but we were left high and dry and uncertain of how things would work during a several week period. At one point you sent out several emails in one day, each with different information. It was confusing.
