We found this place a few years back and it was the best place we have ever stayed at. We will never stay anywhere else. The cabins are very clean and always smell so nice . The towels are also so soft. Best place to stay if you are wanting to fish on Land between the Lakes or just have a relaxing place to stay. They have a Noah's ark for a playground for the kids also.
Walkability: They have a nice long lane to walk up and down from the pier also.

Amazing property on the lake and great wildlife views. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed getting to know the owners, who were so kind and funny! Thank you for a great trip!

This is our second trip to Whispering Oaks, and we plan many more trips in the future! The location is excellent, very easy to get to even when youre pulling your boat. Its also right next to a marina where you can gas up your boat. The on-site boat ramp and rental slips are very convenient. So far this summer, the water has been deep enough to get to the channels. The cabins are clean, comfortable, and come equipped with everything you need. The owners are very nice. Our 6 y/o daughter loves the pirate island playground right by the lake. We would absolutely recommend Whispering Oaks to anyone!
