Thrive Empowerment Center

I was able to attend a event that Thrive Empowerment presented at. I was so impressed by their knowledge and compassion towards trauma survivors. The skills I learned during their 1 hour presentation left me wanting more! I look forward to taking thier classes and empowering ME!

Attended the Empowerment Self-Defense Basics workshop and cannot recommend it enough. The instructors/owners were very knowledgable and went above and beyond to not only teach us the basics but answer any detailed questions we had along the way. I came away from this class feeling more empowered and knowing that I matter and my voice matters. 10/10 DO THIS!

Cant say enough about Lauren and Lindsey! Took my team here for an empowerment class and they were amazing! We all woke up next day with a sense of confidence and empowerment! We learned so much and wish everyone could experience and share in their knowledge!! HIGHLY recommend

My daughter and I participated in the parent/child self-defense class yesterday. I cannot say enough amazing things about Lindsey, she led an enticing and engaging class which was truly wonderful. It helped teach my 13-year-old daughter practical ways of staying safe, and setting boundaries with the new and current people in her life. After three hours of my time I feel confident in what we learned and feel encouraged to continue learning. Id recommend this class to anyone with young children!
