She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I had a clear understanding of the topics covered in the class. Id recommend her for anyone looking to get certified or re-certified for the AHA BLS.

I recently completed BLS certification with Courtney's tutelage, and I could not have been more impressed. From the start, she created a warm and welcoming environment that made it easy to learn and ask questions. Her instructional techniques were clear, concise, and engaging, helping me to understand and be able to apply the knowledge in real-life situations. The course material was well-organized, relevant, and up-to-date, which made the learning process smooth and effective. I also really appreciated how Courtney made sure that every participant was confident in their skills before moving on to the next step, ensuring we were all well-prepared to save lives. Overall, if you're looking for an exceptional CPR or BLS certification/recertification course taught by an excellent instructor, I highly recommend Courtney!

Great teacher, great class experience! I took the BLS class and loved it. I learned a lot and I now feel comfortable performing CPR. The structure was really good, with many different manequins that were very realistic and helpful for viewing and understanding everything I needed to do and learn.Thank you for all the support and attention!

Highly recommend! This was a very comfortable setting, no high pressured class. My class was one-on-one so I felt extremely comfortable asking any questions or going over anything I need clarification with. I loved my experience and would definitely choose Courtney Valentine again for recertification! Don't even hesitate, just choose her class!

Courtney made it so easy for me to come and get my BLS updated when I was in a pinch and needed it quickly. She also customized the class and spent more time focusing on what was pertinent to my job (pediatrics) which I found very helpful. Parking was readily available along the street right in front of her office as well. I will be going to her when I have to update again!
