The hallways smell like moth balls and misery. They aren't very clean and the tenants seem a little iffy. Who am I kidding... this place just sucks.

Don't answer answer the door when u knock and when u d get evtied they lock u out of ur app won't let u pay anything they over charge for stuff and they won't help u unless u pay them money they are not a great place to stay and there not income based so there living on that

Worst residential complex in the surrounding counties. Lived here once before when the previous manager made a point of cleaning the complex up. Now, it seems, drug addicts and such alike have priority over any halfway decent applicants. I could literally write a bestselling novel on the current state of this place. Although police and fire/EMS are here so often as if a new branch has opened, it's done nothing to deter people's actions. I would offer a rating of zero stars if possible. Needless to say, if you wouldn't be willing to take my word for it, management completely abandoned the place for six months if not longer and when forced to return, could not keep anyone in the position due to personal safety concerns or theft of any rent not being paid online. I'm moving my family as this was only temporary coming back from Lexington for an employment opportunity and I pray that it's either shut down or sold to Buffalo Trace.
