Country Hills

Hope at Country Hills and Jonathan at Riverview are fantastic! These apartments have recently been remodeled and it shows. This time last year they were disgusting and run down but now I feel safe reccomending my loved ones to these areas. They are fair prices and are so willing to work with your schedules and financial needs. Top tier service!

Moved in when the property manager was a guy named Richard he was nice and he actually got maintenance to work and fix the stuff that really needed it before anything else never had any problems until a few days ago the new owner had came to the apartment and accused one of the kids shot a window with a BB gun that took CO2 tanks after showing her that they were not remotely close to what she was talking about she threatened to get a search warrant if we wouldnt let her in so we did and when she didnt find anything she then said if someone doesnt sign a paper saying they did do it then she would then fine us 10,000 dollars and press charges then told us that we needed to get our special needs child in order he cannot help he is that way after all of this has happened we have been getting recorded every time we open our windows we have had our cars get pictures taken of them we have had pictures taken of us and the kids I have never in my life have ever felt so much disrespect and disguste in my life we have videos of getting recorded and pictures getting took of us every time our windows open up or even if we crack them to leave the house I wouldnt suggest living here after this experience most definitely disappointed that she has accused us and the kids for doing something like this but when my sisters windshield got busted by a BB gun she didnt ask any questions about it nor did she show the slightest interest in that situation

Very disgusting experience with country hills apartment. 2 weeks ago I made an appointment to see one bed apartment in country hills. They showed me and said if you like it you can move in to this apartment on February 9 by renting it now. For renting this and making sure this apartment is yours you need yo pay $500 immediately. I agreed an struggled on getting money order of $500 and paid them. After doing that I also put mg application for the very apartment 605 provided all my credentials. I waited for the application application status but it never came. I made thousands calls each time separates person would speak and my effort used to go on vain. Fknally I decided to visit the leasinv office and did that . On my visit the lady in leasing office informed me that they had glass broken in the apartment for which I had applied so they can't rent me this apartment.According to her a baby boy has shoot the window by a baby gun. That was such a hillarious news they can't rent me for such a silly reasons.I requested to see that apartment to see the condition of apartment but she refused yo show. Now I felt suspicious about them. After that the lady said the don't have any one bed apartment ready for me . My moving in date was approaching and now she is saying she don't have any one bed room for me. She gave options of 2 bed room which she said will rent on same price for previous one. I was fine wiyh it and see 2 bed after m acceptance fr 2 bed she said she need to talk yo her boss about giving me that apartment on same price. She contacted but her boss said no. She didn't ingorm about this on time. I was waiting about decision. I myself again had yo make a visit. Now this time says me your application hasn't been approved yet so she can give any rent yo me. That was so disgusting. She has been rolling me arround from 2 weeks and now she says like this. I asked why my application is not approved yet why they are doing delay . She said wait for the email which never came . Today I again made a visit and she said finally your application was approved on some condition that i should give 1 and half month rent at the beginning at the same time she said but I can't get the apartment for which I applied. Now she says my application which was for 605 no. apartment has been rent to someone else yesterday which she said its window is broken now we can't rent to anyone .but now look they already rent to somebody else. She refused to show me saying its window is broken but now she rented to somebody slese. How could they do like this? Was this fair enough?? Very very bad experience ever in my life. I want to suggest everyone that stay alert from such kind of illusions such organisations create to attract you guys. I would rate zero if that was an option. Such a ridiculous experience with country hills. Country hills took my $45 for application fee. I neither got accepted nor rejected and now I have withdrawn my application. So country hills should return my application fee. I feel like they just want to collect money from people and ruin our precious time . Is this the way country hills running their business??

So glad I got a apartment here hope is really nice and stayed in touch with me and keep me updated on my application.My apartment was ready to move into wasn't nothing wrong they have changed so much here it's a quiet and nice place to live Thanks Jessica :)

I want to thank hope for getting my family a home so quickly and helping us so much ur the best . Very professional and efficient ur awesome . We love our place it's clean and nice place for us .
