Rude people and nosey asking a question that had nothing to do with the transaction...smh! Disrespectful ... Never again will i do business here...

I don't normally write reviews, but I'm appalled at their customer services, debit cards and the online app. Ever since the transition from United Bank to WesBanco, things have been going downhill fast. I've had 3 embarrassing experiences of getting week's worth of groceries and the card not working. The only thing the customer service could do is explain why their card isn't working for Kroger and apologize for the inconvenience. They've told us that we wouldn't need to change anything for the transition, but lo and behold my card stopped working indefinitely. I call the bank they've told me they've changed card vendors. No notification. No email. No mail. Nothing. All they said was "You should've gotten a new card in the mail." No apologies. They sent me this cheap plastic debit card with the chip that barely works. Lastly, the online app is a joke. More than half the time, I can't see my balance, my direct deposits, or my transaction. I tried using a different phone because they've suggested that it was my phone's fault. Nope. If you're lucky, maybe you'd get to see your bank balance. This was the worst bank experience for me and I'll be switching banks promptly. I suggest anyone who's thinking about getting an account with wesbanco change courses ASAP. Also, I think their motto should be "Sorry for the Inconvenience", because that's all I hear at that bank.
