This was our first stay at any bed & breakfast and we really didn't know what we were getting into. Brad and Bri put us at ease immediately with directions and a tour of the place. They are the right people to be in this business - warm, relatable, full of local info, and happy to share it. We especially appreciated Brad's breakfast, the historic charm of the building (especially the library!), and the bourbon selection.

Brad and Bridget are amazing attentive hosts. They even have a guest bourbon bar. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect for walking. I will definitely stay again when I come back this way

I stayed back in July and had a fantastic experience. The owners were very generous and kind, telling us the history of the Meeting House which Frankfort is rich with. They used to own restaurants in the past, and it shows because their breakfast was superb! They were also very accommodating to our dietary needs which was a plus. We had access to their bourbon/whiskey bar, which I tried not to take advantage of but the two small glasses I had really sealed my stay. I couldn't recommend a better place than this if you're visiting nearby!
Rooms: One half of the house has hvac, and they even upgraded our room to one with ac which was very nice of them. This may have changed and they might have hvac for the other half of the house now. The rooms are historical with some modern upgrades, but the charm and feeling of the past is vibrant and I recommend people who stay here keep this in mind, as maintaining such a wonderful place is a feat in itself!
Nearby activities: There is a small downtown that's nice to walk around in, with a lot of other historical sites to see.
