We loved everything about this place during our brief visit along the bourbon trail. The room was perfect, the hosts were friendly and fun to chat with, the breakfast was delicious. They even had a nice collection of bourbons to sample for a nightcap. I haven't always had great experiences at BnB's, but this was top notch!

We loved our stay at BnB's! The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure. The home is lovely and we felt very welcomed. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and our hosts were warm and welcoming. The location is excellent. We walked to restaurants and used the free trolley to sightsee. The state capitol building is beautiful; don't miss it. We enjoyed sitting on the patio each evening with a glass of wine and visiting with our hosts and other guests. I would definitely stay here again.

A great find. Wonderful hosts. Cool 1830s house with a beautiful private garden full of hostas and flowers. Walking distance to downtown Frankfort. Quick drive to Buffalo Trace.

Brad and Bri are fantastic hosts. The Wall of Joy is fantastic!
Walkability: Downtown Frankfort has so much to see!!

This is an amazing BnB in the heart of Bourbon country. Brad & Bridget are incredible hosts. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, the breakfast is outstanding, and they even have a well-stocked wall of joy (aka bookshelf of whisky). Ive stayed at many places in and around Louisville and on the bourbon trail, and this was by far my favorite BnB experience.
