        Visited my local ATT store recently to change phone plans. Even though we waited about 20 minutes, the service was great! They were very busy & had only 2 reps to take care of everyone. They were very friendly & very knowledgeable about their services.

        At &t Frankfort KY at Leonardwood Dr Lisa and Ross were wonderful, patient, kind, friendly, knowledgeable. My husband and I are in our 70s needed new phones and all data transferred. Highly recommend them both

        We had a great experience with the guy that helped us! My mother needed a new phone and he didnt try and upsell us something she wouldnt know how to use. Shes diabetic and has certain apps she has to use and he made sure we got her a phone that worked with all of them! He was professional and respectful. Great experience!
