Customer service is very poor. They send out their statements timely, but their staff is very unreliable and inconsistent. I would not recommend this company for your senior loved ones.

I worked for this company before I became registered! I wasn't in any way qualified to empty catheters or even clean feeding tubes for the general public! Lydia and Donna are the two biggest AirHeads I've ever seen they will both tell you the same story in different versions and if you confront them about it then they will fire you and act as if you're the problem! This company will hire you with promises of furthering your education and they'll help you along the way. I worked for this company for months and kept begging to be sent to school by them and it was everything under the sun why I couldn't be sent I was out of this company for less than 14 days and I became a registered nurse in the state of Kentucky. This company is a whole money scam Lydia will make you every promise in the world so that she gets that money deposited into her account, just know that your family members may or may not have someone to come and take care of them. It's all the same to Lydia as long as she gets your money. Don't let Donna full you either her an Lydia know exactly what there doing an how to get by with it. FYI over the half the aides working for her don't even know how to check a pulse! Don't hire this company to take care of your loved ones you'll regret it!!

I wouldn't recommend this company unless you are in need of someone to do the absolute most basic work they can possibly do. Sit with the client, turn the television station, put on a sweater, prep a meal or something similar. The staff is polite but if you are in need of any support for someone that doesn't need the kind of support listed, you will not be pleased with this particular company's team. In addition, I need to mention that one of their staff members went all thru out our basement without permission. This was absolutely unacceptable. It is stated for them to ask lots of questions in the beginning and they do. However, when told not to go into the basement, this request was violated. The candor of the head person shifted and she created a need for us to pay double for work that other companies don't require. She chose not to send anyone and we had no idea this was the agreement. Hence, my list of tasks they can do and do exceptionally. I didn't rate them with a 1 because the listed tasks they do exceptionally and if that's what you are in need of, this company will work for you. However, if you are in need of anything beyond the absolute basic of basic support, do not choose this company. You will find the kindness you were met with in the beginning will be met with will be met with red tape and dismissiveness.
