This place has gone to hell over the last 6 months. I've had a couple friends work here recently and quit. Its definitely not the same place it used to be. It used to be a realy good place when my sister worked here last year. Now, your just a body to fill a shift. Training is a joke. Manager is miserable. Look elsewhere. Many better places hiring that pay you more then minimum wage. They will call you non stop to drive 2 hours for a 4 hour shifts. I've been a CNA for years and can't believe the horror stories I've heard recently. Rumor is they are closing down. Probably for the best...

The care started out really good but then the changes came you never knew when they were coming how long they were staying and it was requested twice that no one come on the weekends. This past Sunday they sent someone at 8 o'clock in the morning, I sent them away and called the office, told them to stop the service. Called again today and told them I wanted the service stopped and they said a contract had been signed that required a two-week notice. My parents don't remember signing that. I requested a copy of the contract that was signed to be emailed to me, we'll see if we get it. I gave a three out of five rating simply because most of the people that came out to care from my stepdad did a really good job.The franchise we were assigned is the Frankfort Kentucky office. The whole purpose of having a caregiver is to be consistent, when you change caregivers every few weeks or month every month that's not consistent the elderly need a consistent week with a consistent person scheduled to be there
