Mr. Hockensmith at the check in desk is one of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever encountered at a Hilton property. He helped me get some documents I needed printed without making me feel like I was imposing at all. Then I saw him providing concierge-type service for an elderly guest who was heading into town, going as far as to describe the parking options and warning which garages have ramps that are difficult to navigate. Truly a thoughtful employee who wouldn't be out of place managing a 5 star hotel.

This was literally the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The full fridge/freezer were a nice addition and the room was spacious and comfortable! The walls are thick so you can't hear other rooms and it feels comfortable like you're just at home. Highly recommend this hotel, we will be back!
Also, there are a ridiculous amount of outlets to plug in whatever you need which was an amazing bonus since outlets are usually sparce in hotel rooms. Very nice touch!
Rooms: Rooms are spacious and clean!
Nearby activities: Buffalo Trace is a 5 minute drive and cattleman's is walkable for dinner.
Safety: Felt very comfortable and safe
Walkability: Hotel is in a private area but you can walk to Cattleman's for dinner and there is a Five Below nearby for snacks
Food & drinks: Had the omlettes and biscuits & gravy for breakfast both days- delicious!
Noteworthy details: Breakfast was great, private, lots of outlets in room
