        Ive lived here for 15 months now. The grounds are nice and decently well-kept. The pool is great in the summer - though there are lots of pool rules and restrictions. The workout facilities leave something to be desired with some non-functional equipment, but it doesn't seem to get much use, so maybe not an issue. The biggest problem right now and the reason I'm giving 3 stars is the HOA. They are very strict, very much in everyone's business, and the president seems to have a vendetta against all tenants. From what I'm told by other residents, things really started going downhill almost 2 years ago. They recently made us install carpet in our unit under threat of a $5000 fine. I rented the unit because it didn't have carpet. Now I'm looking for something elsewhere. Also, the door lock system for my building frequently doesn't work, forcing me to go down 3 stories to manually let people in. Very inconvenient.
