We have absolutely no problems living in a property managed by MPM. We keep our rent paid, and they do not bother us. Occasionally we have been in a bind and are tremendously grateful for Kathy always being understanding and helpful. She is the absolute best manager! We also have had no issues with getting our appliances serviced or housing issues fixed promptly by maintenance! We could not ask for more.

Helpful, responsive, quick, accommodating, kind!!
EDIT, nearly 3 years and leases later: This O.G. review is how they get you. Right when renters move in, after an admittedly simple process, MPM asks you to review when youre fresh and have no other experience with them. Lets see how these words I said in 2020 check out:
Helpful: This is somewhat true. MPM managers are responsive over email when dealing with contracts.
Responsive: Okay, heres where it stops being accurate. ATTENTION: if you are considering renting a MPM property that appears to be ~fine BUT has multiple signs of ANY small maintenence issues, RENT ELSEWHERE! Maintenance is NOT responsive.
Quick: as I just stated, not only is maintenence not responsive but they are not quick. My unit has had to call over five times in the past about some issues that have yet to be fully resolved. Once you finally get their attention, it can take weeks for them to have someone come look at the issue. Also, just because they come and try to help does NOT mean the issues get fixed properly in most cases, so even quick good.
Accommodating: Sometimes I use the word accommodating to describe when a host really tries to make their guests as comfortable as possible where they are lodging. MPM Lex does not fit that definition. I like this place enough, but, as I sit here on a -4 degree winter day, it is GLARINGLY obvious that the heating units in our apartment are NOT up to date or code. MPM has previously been alerted of this by a fireplace inspector. But I am still cold though.
Kind: Is it kind to leave your renters in the cold, or to knowingly avoid properly installing a new doorknob that breaks once a month and poses a security risk? Is it kind to announce a sudden inspection to (a neighbor) and say that they have violated a rental agreement because of a messy room? Look out yall. Brrrr.
