Amazing group to work with! Diana helped us along the way with every bump in the road. She was knowledgeable and helped encourage us when we were losing hope in the selling process. We made it to closing and couldn't be happier with buying and selling. Having Diana took stress off of us! She was always quick to respond and got us answers everytime we need them. Highly recommend if you are trying to navigate this complicated process.

I had researched many days and many agents when looking for our home. I ran upon a profile that had gotten my attention quiet quickly and it was Chip Palmer. I read every single one of his reviews with Keller Williams at first and this is how the first call was made to Chip requesting him for his professional services in looking for homes closer to family. Chip found that home and closed the deal for us on our new home and also sold our existing home through Bluegrass Home Group. Chip Palmar made numerous , long hour trips to sell our home. He did exactly was he said he would do. He was very helpful and professional with us and in the journey to our forever new home. We are happy ! Thank you Chip Palmer for your excellent service.

I cant say enough about how amazing Tracy Ison was in our home search. Moving across the country without any friends or family here was no easy feat, but she made the house buying process as comfortable as possible. She listened to our list and found us a home that checked the boxes. She was quick to respond to questions and find us answers. Tracy even drove across the state to show us a home! We had never even heard of the town we ended up purchasing in, but she found this hidden gem and we are forever grateful. We always felt like she really cared about us and as our first friend in Kentucky, we are blessed to know her. The whole team at Bluegrass Home Group is fantastic, responsive, and professional. Everyone is so friendly and working with Tracy and the team was the best welcome to our new state. We love it here and have Tracy to thank for finding us our beautiful land, home, and community!
