        The staff at the insurance company have been phenomenal! My first time purchasing a policy and they were off great help! Once speaking to the agent the few dollars price difference want no problem!

        Real sad after all this time I have to change my 5 star review to a 1 star. I was warned but I had to learn the hard way. Do not work with this company. I worked with them for over a year and I was just lied to and then called a liar today when calling about my policy. Don't even risk the liability this place comes with. You'll end up paying more than it's worth. Find an agency you can trust and it's NOT this one. My agent Wanda who I've seen many times in person in their office over the last year according to them doesn't work there and hasn't in months but yet I've got several emails with her name attached as recently as today.. Sounds Fishy. Where theirs smoke theirs fire. Highly Unrecommended. Glad I have emails and an attorney.

Per our phone call, the mentioned employee has not worked at our agency since July 1st, 2022. During that conversation, we explained the policy and procedures at our office along with business hours and days we are open. The issue you had (per your explanation) happened on a day our office was not open (weekend). We hope that you find an insurance provider that will meet your needs going forward.
