        Continually had issues with the payment and the only explanation was insufficient funds, and they were there. After only 2 payments not coming out through auto pay(not even consecutive) I was canceled, even though they were paid as soon as I was notified of the unsuccessful withdrawal. Was decently priced just not great to work out issues.

        Can't reach office from Internet connection. Could not understand person from national hookup. That person had no idea what a policy review was although she transferred me to what should have been Cromer Insurance , I was transferred to Nicholasville office.
