        A Hertz agency of mediocre quality by Hertz standards. Dirty car on the outside, wet on the inside, numerous scratches on the bodywork, the worst car I have ever had from Hertz even though I am a Gold member and I rent hundreds of cars from this company. The service is not particularly friendly and they even asked me for the address of the destination, which is none of their business as they are on a business trip. Moreover, when the car was returned, they wanted to pretend that some of the scratches were my fault, so I had to take photos...

        Be very careful renting from Hertz here in Louisville. They charged me for a full tank of gas even though I returned it completely full!
