My wife and I did a business rental from Hertz in Frankfort back in September. Under our Ein and joined Hertzs Business cRewards Program ad well as Hertz Gold programs The Account was set up By Hertz on Monthly billing. at a rate that was little lower then the other companies.For some unknown reason they didn't start billing is or even call email and never attempted to run our Business Credit Card.We set aside the monthly payment each month in our account and continued trying to keep our business and Family together during this Crazy World Situation Then On Feb 5 Hertz of Frankfort charged 3798.56 to Our Credit Card for the Rental Car. However the amount charged was 2.5 times more then rate I signed for and To show how outstanding and on top of things The Elite Staff of Frankfort Hertz are. They Had the audacity to contact the State police and Falsely Report a crime saying they had never been paid anything and could not reach Us. To Top it Off The StatePolice Came to our Home and Talk to our Neighbors and made us out to be Car Thief's and Whatever else that is associated with that level of Person. Then I'm Closing they Called a Tow Truck and Towed the Business Rental that We had just Paid 3800 dollars for a week before . The Humiliation is To much to even Mention and the Fact Two Major Business Meetings and Sales were Missed and the 1000,s of dollars We lost is Devastating. However the amount of the Civil Suit We Are filing against Hertz according to our Attorneys I'd Going to most likely go Class Action and this will Never Happen to anyone else again because Hertz has a tremendous issue over the past few years of collecting large payments that were substantialy more then they were owed then reported The Vehicle Stolen and in most cases Prosecuted People for Grand Theft Auto when they were completely innocent and Blindsided.
