I had an initial meeting with Mr. John Ackerman when we were looking for a CPA to file a companys tax returns. He was very kind & knowledgeable. He even gave me valuable advice on how to keep the books looking professional (Dos & Donts) after he learned our company is based in a state where he doesnt usually accept clients from. To my surprise, he even went out of his way to help me by recommending & connecting a local CPA to me. Cant thank him enough for what he has done for me, a stranger. I would recommend him & his firm to anyone I know.

Called to ask a simple question, since Im not a current client they wouldnt talk to me nor answer my question. Terrible first impression. Have a small business myself but would never consider going back to them if I were to need CPA assistance.
