        I asked very politely please make sure the fries are hot cook them well done just to make sure they would be hot. But noooo the fries looked like they have been sitting for at least an hour or longer. Don't go to this Wendy's it's horrible and the employees act as though your not a customer your a bother.

        I WOULD RECOMMEND SOMEWHERE ELSE, Terrible manager and staff was rude and could not communicate with me, charged me for something I didnt get and then told me I could not get a refund gave me wrong items as well

        I tried to come into this Wendys to order. Their credit card machine was messed up. But the weird thing was, no one was able to explain that to me. There was not one worker who could speak fluent English. Not even the manager. As soon as I was leaving, they were having trouble explaining it to the people that walked in as I was exiting. This restaurant is supposed to provide service to the public that requires interaction with customers, it Would make sense that there is at least someone in the store who can communicate with the Majority of customers.
