While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

      image I was visiting family in KY and visited this location. Drive Thru lane was SUPER backed up, BUT, they knocked that line out pretty quickly. 4 's because I don't know what the inside is like.

      image Shepherdsville McDonald's is the absolute best drive-thru service! No matter how many cars are in line, they move them thru at an awesome pace. The employees are always friendly. No other McDonald's can match this drive-thru!

      image Ordered the new Szechwan sauce that is app exclusive. Waited in a long drive thru line. No signs saying they never received it but was told at the window. I understand delivery issues are a thing but... Put a sign up! This was a big release with social media advertising everywhere.
