SpringHill Suites by Marriott Louisville Downtown

Spacious modern suite. Great layout with the water closet separate from the shower which really works out when you have a daughter getting ready for a cheer competition. We did have an issue with our TV remote but a quick call to the front desk and they sent a new one up quickly. Unfortunately, one of the 2 elevators broke the day of our arrival and couldn't get fixed before we left. This was a bit of a problem, but we were able to alleviate some of the wait by using the adjoining hotels elevator. The breakfast was mediocre. I don't think I've ever had crunchy scrambled eggs until now. Everything was very clean and the staff was wonderful. We will most likely stay here again when in town.

Clean stairs, couches and other furniture. Nice pullout coach. TV, laundry room. Does not even seem like a hotel room, its more like a tiny home. 5 STARS!

Nice hotel. Pool was colder than expected, but overall nice breakfast and accommodations when reasonably priced.

They lied about our room. Moved use to king room instead of 2 queens. Next day they took our towels and didn't leave use any. Food was horrible if there was any. Coffee tasted burnt. And nobody is service spoke any English. Avoid at all cost. Not even worth 1 star!!!

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The sink had a strange malfunction, making it difficult to use properly. The bathroom door refused to close properly, compromising privacy and convenience. Additionally, the bed emitted a foul odor, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. The temperature control in the shower was erratic, fluctuating between extreme hot and cold with no middle ground. Turning off the shower proved to be a challenging task, taking me a frustrating 30 minutes to accomplish, and even then, the showerhead fell off due to disrepair. Rust covered many fixtures in the shower, indicating neglect and poor maintenance. The curtain failed to function, allowing water to flood the floor during showers. The shampoo, along with other amenities, had an unpleasant odor matching the general state of disrepair. The towels and bed sheets were also unpleasantly musty, causing itching. Both the door and the overall condition of the room were subpar, the toilet was also running even if it was flushed it was also very dark and the room smelled. In summary, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
