Friendly and nice at local locations.
But when my account got hacked their fraud an abuse unit, not local, hung up on me and disconnected my call They didn't bother to call back or help so I closed my account and reappropriated my funds elsey.
Terrible service.

Branch Manager Eric Dewig refused to cash a check from State Farm stating that he had a fatal error on his system. However he could not explain what the issue was, he "guessed" it was a problem with the account it was written on...a State Farm account written on Chase bank. Then he went on to say it was because there would not be any repercussions if he cashed it because I did not have an account there. Basically, he assumed the check was fraudulent, and did not take one step to try to verify it. When I requested to speak to someone above him, I was told he was it. I do not have an account at Chase bank and never will honestly, and I will tell everyone in my business (finance) how Chase bank refused to cash a check written from one of their own accounts. I will continue to sway my customers away from any Chase bank, so that they don't experience this discriminating approach to horrible customer service. He did not even try to verify the check written from a Corporation on his bank....so very unhelpful...I'm embarrassed for Chase bank to have him representing them.
