I have ordered online from here before with success. However, I was in store last Thursday and the entire time I was there No One ever greeted me or asked if they could help me or try to see if I needed anything ! I spent extra time walking around trying to give them a chance, Nothing! I stayed long enough to watch them engage everyone else that came in, younger or friends, and chatted, left the counter to help them. Engaged them once they came in until they left. 5-6 people came in. Interesting that the clerks pants were complimented, and they weren't store clothing. She had made them. There was another worker/ model working as well. Sad to say this, I really do like their merchandise. Customer service is a premium these days .

So glad I decided to stop into this boutique! I love to support local shops! I found several fun outfits for Derby and for work. Super happy with their selection of shoes and accessories too.

First off I have been shopping here since they first opened I think eight years ago. I have always had the best experiences there. When I moved from Owensboro I continued shopping here online. Their website is top notch and so well done you would never guess it was a small businesses site. Between the free shipping and hand written notes included in my shipments they even make online shopping a great experience. Cannot recommend Bella enough!
