I showed up at the last second and Melody was fantastic.

We meet with Dave Strauss. He always gives great advice and counsel as we work through important financial decisions.

She is extremely thorough and engaging. Was not pushy and made us feel comfortable and valued. She truly listens.

Dave answered all my questions, listened and made some recommendations that I will be implementing. I did not feel rushed at my appointment. I am more than satisfied.

Love this place. Comes in handy when short on cash in between paydays.

Great bank with a friendly, helpful staff. Pam, the branch manager, and the others always greet me, personally, when I visit. Thanks to everyone at the Radcliff branch.

Employees are rude

This ATM struggles to get on it's network to do anything.
