We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and we will use your comments to coach our team in order to provide a better experience in the future. Please note that we do not tow any vehicles here at our hotel. We are always willing to help our guests to find adequate parking during their stay with us. Whatever you have experienced at other hotels in getting towed was very unprofessional on their part. I do apologize that has happened to you in your previous stays at other hotels.We are a 100% non-smoking facility. However, it is beyond our control when guests decide to smoke in our rooms, especially marijuana. We do our best in tracking down the patrons who are doing these things and charge them $250 per incident for doing so in our hotel. We also get the police involved when necessary. Also, please keep in mind that we are a multi-award-winning hotel. We strive to be a hotel that guests love because they feel right at home during their stay with us.We are doing our best with keeping up with the renovations. They are coming to an end and the contractors are tying up loose ends to complete small things that need to be completed for the renovations. However, I do apologize that your room was not to your satisfaction and that it did not meet your expectations.
