image We booked this room on a road trip across the country. After driving 14 hours we finally made it and wanted nothing else but to relax, watch tv and fall asleep. We booked a room with 1 single king bed for my husband, me and our two small dogs. The room was not clean. The dirt on the door (pictured) could have been easily cleaned with a magic eraser or honestly any cleaning product. The walls in the bathroom were falling apart, and the faucet in the tub was barely hanging on. The 4 pillows on the king bed were smaller than a pillow for a twin mattress. Walls are paper thin so we could hear everything from anyone passing our room. Our tv didnt work and kept freezing (pictured.) My husband went to the front desk on the night of the 20th to ask if there was something they could do about the tv and the woman working it pretty much just said its our provider, theres nothing we can do. Its 2024 and you cant provide a working television? What? So I spent almost $300 for a dirty room with no tv. I understand its not the nicest hotel chain and you get what you pay for. My biggest issue is the poor customer service. Needless to say I would not recommend, and will not be returning to a quality inn hotel again. We stayed less than 24 hours and again, spent close to $300. WAY overpriced for quality.
