The place is disgusting read the other reviews wish we had before booking. Pictures you see online are not what you are getting. Looked at the room and left right away to ask for a refund and I was told we would be refunded we are still waiting! I have a feeling we will not see a penny. This is a shady establishment. There is trash everywhere cigarette butts all over , sink wouldnt drain,toilet paper was in toilet , no cover on the light switch, mirror not hung just leaning against the wall, bugs (bed bugs) everything was dirty etc.You cant tell who the employees are they are wearing jeans and random tshirts . Employees hanging out back all smoking disposing cigarettes butts on the ground . It is an absolute slum. We definitely will be reporting to The Board of Health and contacting Best Western corporate office and will be attaching the many photos that were taken.View a few photos attached to many to post

This place must be under construction or something. But the toilets weren't even fully attached. The door to the bathroom would get stuck. The carpets are disgusting and dirty. The door handles wobbly. And the pool and hot tub were freezing. The hot tub didn't work. And the place just reeked of weed. The front office man was nice, nothing wrong with the staff, but he didn't seem to know what a pull out coach was. Honestly, I think we caught this place in the middle of renovation, but I would say it's honestly horrible.

I would NOT recommend staying here. The pictures on the website are all very deceptive. The hotel is very dirty, very old, rooms were not clean and beds were disgusting. Sheets were stained. Pillowcases had blood stains on them and the place smelled like weed. Honestly the place was seriously shady. It was 11pm after a long car ride and other hotels were all booked otherwise would have left immediately.

Stayed here one night while driving through and we should have spent a little more money and stayed somewhere else.
The first room they assigned us was already occupied they reassigned us and the second room didnt have light switch covers, smelled like paint and I noticed while walking up the steps to that room (no elevator) dust flying up from the carpet every step my husband in front of me took and the door to our room was very dirty.
We had planned on eating breakfast there but after taking a look at the poor assortment we just left. The whole hotel is dirty and rundown, nothing like the pictures online show.

Ive stayed here several times and the staff has always been very friendly. Clean rooms and if something is out of place they do the best they can to fix it. Currently renovating so dont expect perfection during the renovation its part of the process. The new rooms are great so bear with them as they try to make your future stays even better.
