        I purchased two loaf almond cakes at ambrosia bakery on Siegen Lane on Friday, March 29 to be served during Easter dinner. On Easter Sunday I cut one of the cakes and the smell of almond extract was extremely strong and the taste of the cake was horrible!!! I came back to ambrosia bakery this morning, April 2, 2024 to report the issue with both pound cakes in hand, I spoke with the store manager who informed me that their return policy is 24 hours and that time had past, so there was nothing she could do. I am both surprised and appalled by the lack of customer service at ambrosia bakery. While, I am only one customer who spent $35.18 for two almond pound cakes that were of terrible quality, I will not purchase from this store again and will share my experience with all who will listen.
