I was upset that I had to wait for a bad ground check only to be denied because of "credit". Before moving here I paid my rent on time and without issue for 4 years but I guess credit cards I had issues with because of COVID matter more than my rent payment. After reading some of these comments and seeing poor reviews elsewhere I dodged a bullet. Enjoy my $35 application fee. Would be nice if they even gave a ballpark credit score for approval, that $35 could have gone elsewhere.

Everyone I have ever met in and out of the office is super nice. I really like the Property Manager, she's really sweet. Very nice apartments and the community is always quiet and clean. Very peaceful place :)

I am so grateful for timber ridge apartments. I have lived here for about a year now and have nothing but good things to say. Timber ridge has many updated apartments. They are probably the nicest ones in the area. Anytime i have placed a maintenance request it is resolved quickly. Most recently, while I was away from home, my pipes broke due to a freeze and flooded my home. Timber ridge treated me, my belongings, and my home like I was family during this experience. They worked hard to ensure that my home was repaired, cleaned, and put back in order before my return. They offered to move me into a new home if that was my wish. I didnt wish to move so they made sure my house was back in order before my return. They went as far as sending my wet clothes to the dry cleaners, drying my rugs, drying my mattress, drying my plush furniture, and drying my bedding and pillows in attempt to save my items. They took photos of the damage for my insurance claim and updated me along the way. I am so grateful to Tammy the manager, the timber ridge staff, and the maintenance team. About a year ago, I had a similar experience while living on fort Johnson with corvias. I was away from home and my house flooded due to a freeze. All of my items were left in water. My house was still wet when I returned home. Corvias did not properly dry the walls in the home and put drywall back up before the walls were dry. The house smelled like mold. Corvias wanted me to live in the home with open walls and electrical wires exposed during repairs with my daughter who had just turned 3. Corvias does not care about you the way that timber ridge cares. Plus you can have a nicer home than the homes on fort Johnson. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Thank you Tammy, the timber ridge staff and the maintenance team for everything you did for me.
