WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! These people will steal your money. When we rented our house, it was DISGUSTING, but there were few options. We painted. We cleaned. The blinds were broken. We had to have an exterminator come to deal with multiple infestations. They would fix NOTHING. The front walkway needed to be pressure washed. Same with the back patio. We made the house livable, so we expected our deposit money to be returned after we left (giving 30 days notice). Instead, these criminals sent us a bill!! Do NOT DEAL with them. Save yourself some grief. Live in your car if you have to.
