      image The accommodations provided by the hotel were deemed substandard, as the rooms appeared antiquated and needed dire maintenance. In light of this, I requested to switch rooms due to a moldy odor. Moreover, the hotel staff informed me that they were unable to provide towels at the time of my request. I so need a refund.

      image Bad service. We did not get room service for two days in a row. We talked to the front desk in the evening after a long day of traveling, and the answer we got from the front desk lady was that " because we have more than 100 rooms to clean". Excuse me? That's not a property excuse for not giving us room service.
