The woman working the front desk could not have been more rude or put off by my presence. When I walked up she continued to whack away at her computer. After 3-4 minutes of my hovering, she finally angrily asked what I needed.
I said I would like to check in. You can put the rest of the story together for yourself.
The noise from people coming in and out of their rooms will jar you from your sleep. The doors slam closed and shakes the walls.
Worth a shot, took the shot, will not be shooting again.

Rooms ok. Shows lot of wear. Nice to have pool and workout small gym. Cute place and nice breakfast

Our room was not ready at the 3pm check-in time stated on our reservation. Staff stated they had a large group leave unexpectedly, and they did not know when it would be ready. I'm not sure why that would affect our stay because our room should have been ready regardless. I told the front desk clerk, Amanda that after a 10 hour drive we needed to be in our room to clean up for our 5pm event. She had no sympathy for the situation, but did state the public restroom was available. We received a call that our room was ready, but it was after we had left the hotel for our event. When we returned we received the wrong room. They gave us another room, but still the wrong room. The staff told my husband the room we reserved was not available. My son had to sleep on the floor for the night. We were given one blanket for him. Staff stated they had no extra blankets, pillows, or cots for him. We were awakened at 7am by a large group of about 50 teens outside our door on a field trip. I understand that is not the hotels fault. But at 9 a.m., housekeeping came by, completely ignoring the do not disturb sign on the door. We will never stay at this hotel again. So disappointing. This was a horrible experience.
