Affordable Tow Truck

These people are HIGHLY unprofessional and rude. The winch failed and the car rolled off the tow truck, crashed into the Mechanics toolbox then into a water pipe flooding the garage. The tow truck driver told us hed been telling them the winch was bad, and instead of replacing it the just kept fixing it. They REFUSED to give insurance info repeatedly because their insurance would go up. Said they would pay cash. The person we had the unfortunate experience to deal with called us ignorant. His name is BRYAN BALLARD. He does not want to hear anything you have to say, he intentionally WITHHELD the insurance and claim information and repeatedly lied to me, my son and the mechanic. This all occurred on December 15, 2021 and it is now the 23rd and we still have not been able to resolve this. I hope Agero and State Farm cancel the contract with them. Because if they dont I will never use the roadside assistance with them again. Service: Special vehicle towing

They should have had zero * Then they change their name I bet they was after all the corrupted stuff they did, do not use this company he had my car for/6 months and did not fix the car and refused to send it to another mechanic refuse to admit they did not know what they were doing and just pay someone else to fix the car gave the car back running hot and my car set for months also refused to pay me my money back to get the car fixed I was out almost $5,000 still to this day in small claims court won in still having receive my money ,do not be victimized by this company warning please do not used this company I wouldn't even let them tow my vehicle
