Moved into Citrus Creek West in November to an AC that constantly stopped cooling. Winter wasnt so bad. But when spring came, Mgmt office just had a guy keep adding freon like once a week instead of permanently fixing the leak. Finally moved out after I couldnt take it anymore when INSIDE temp reached 85 degrees in May.

Me and father lived here during the early 2000''s and after Katrina when our house was being fixed. It was quiet and there were always Saints, Brass, and Zephyrs players that lived around us. The pool was always clean year round. Good memories

DO NOT STAY HERE. The WORST living experience Ive ever had. They raised the rate for no discernible reason and we have fewer amenities now than before (gym is damaged with no timeline for repair). They want to do work on your apartment with less than 12 hours notice despite the lease stating they need to give AT LEAST 12 hours. They also just pulled this damage on me. They destroyed my window and damaged my vinyl collection, not to mention also destroying another interior wall which damaged other personal property all in the name of fixing the exterior. If this is how they fix things, I dont want any part of it.

The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. I want to love this community. After Hurricane Ida, they repaired the roof damage quickly. However, we still cannot use our fireplaces because they have not been fixed 3 months later. The fitness center is still under construction and cannot be used. You cannot use the tennis court because the equipment is being stored on it. There is trash all over the perimeter of the property. For being a 1st Lake Property, I expected to see repairs happening a little faster. I have not seen anyone working on fixing the fireplaces or the fitness center in at least a month. The front office staff is always kind and helpful when Ive needed them. My only complaint is how dirty the property is and the fact that I cant use most of the amenities that Im still paying full rent price for.
