This complex apartments are disgusting they filled with cockroach I just move like 5-6 month ago and Im ready to leave

Truly the worst place I have ever lived. Appliances are from the 70s or 80s, gate is always broken, dog poop and trash everywhere around the complex. Also is infested with roaches. The complex is extremely loud; you always hear doors slamming or music blasting at all hours. Walls are paper thin and can smell Marijuana coming from neighbors 24/7. The property is not maintained well. My apartment is painted poorly, and the carpet was full of dust when I moved in. They treat their residents horribly, always looking to get an extra buck. Please avoid at all costs.

The apartments are outdated I have a medicine cabinet in my bathroom. Beware these apartments also have roaches the second week I lived here I started to see them. I dont put my dishes in the outdated cabinets due to the roaches. When my lease is up Im gone.

Apartments are very spacious which is one of the reasons I decided to live here. Location is also close to things I need to be around. I put in maintenance request what seems like weekly for something, but I will say that maintenance fixes my issues quite fast! I stay in the back of the complex which is extremely loud. I can hear the train at all times of the day and randomly throughout the night at 3/4am waking me out of my sleep. I also hear loud music which seems to come from behind the complex. Not sure whats located back there. Another reason I decided to live here is because I thought the community would be gated, but the gates havent closed not once since I moved here in December. When I first moved in, I was told by a lady in the leasing office that they closed at sun down, but that however has not been the case. Alexis and Jessica? forgot the other ladies name in the back of office, who screamed at me, told me they have no idea when the gates will start closing again. because theyre fixing the roof? Alexis told me theres nothing wrong with the gates, however, when they dont close/ are off for 3+ months, surely there is a problem. Honestly dont think theyre concerned to turn them back on or do whatever needs to be done.
