Oak Creek

I've been living at Oak Creek for over two years and in the last year there has been a change in management that has convinced me to renew my lease. The NEW management is kind and courteous and lives up to a standard of service that I can get behind. Any problems that my home might have, the office and their team solve them promptly and with a smile. I love living here!

im moving from central louisiana to oak creek. Christina and Teyanna have both been awesome!!!!!!!! They have gone the extra mile for me to make my move there pleasant!!! They are definitely an asset to Oak Creek!!!! Everything that i found that needed to be fixed, they jumped on it to get it done !!! I truly appreciate everything they have done !!!! I feel like i just made two new friends !!!! Fantastic ladies !!

Maintenance is great (quick response and very honest people) Pool is clean Gardens well taken care of Manager Sandy is nice and efficient But you are not safe here! No proper surveillance cameras No proper lighting No stringent security at the gate 62 Car windows smashed and the complex security was inexistent, yeah I know we have police but security ( if existent) should have rang the alarm promptly And if you are not safe then nothing else matters.

Worst place I have lived hands down . Let me start off with it is always noisy , but that is the least of the issues here . I moved in 2 years ago and am stuck here . First they never even came to fix all the stuff from our move in check list so from the jump they do not even try to fix the things that are broke . After moving in sometime and never having anything fixed ( we havent had a dishwasher since we moved in) we had MOLD start coming into our main bedroom closet from the outside . We of corse reported it and it got ignored for 8 weeks straight and then hurricane IDA came through and made the problem even worse . So far coming up to 3 months without a closet then they send out a letter DEMANDING you sign away all liability from any damages from the hurricane , I went to the office to make sure our mold was not part of this as it was a problem months before the hurricane . Right there the lady in the office said well the hurricane made it worse so same thing . This is insurance fraud and I have since refused to sign it . Now here we are March of 2022 and the have yet to do ANYTHING ! We are over halfway through a lease paying for square footage we dont get . I am being forced to call an attorney because of this matter . The workers are incompetent and you should NEVER NEVER NEVER move to any of the apartments in this area ! (Edit) Finally fixed the mold in my apartment a year after it was reported . This place only cares about its aesthetic . The people who live here come second (example 1) allows maintenance to use motor blowers to clean the leaves from the sidewalk . At 8 am in the morning , every morning and this takes an hour . LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS , THIS IS NOT A ONE TIME PROBLEM .
