My sister has this auto Insurance and there is NO roadside assistance phone number on their ID cards. The truck needed to be towed and had to call several numbers on the card to ask someone for the number.
We mentioned that the vehicle most likely will need towing and they send someone in a small. He checked out the truck and had to call it in which took more time. His communication didn't go thru so my sister had to call to setup the tow request . The guy was very kind and was trying to help. The truck was picked up and towed away.
Anpac Insurance needs to update the cards being on side the road is no fun, but not to have the info you need is worst.
