I really enjoy working with Janelle. Experience knowledgeable and the joy to work with. You can tell she has a smile on her face and enjoys what she is doing. She enjoys interacting with her client. And tries to put a face with a name. I have never had a difficult time since the storage became KO Storage. Thank you Janelle for a wonderful job.

KO storage is a wonderful company to work with. Janelle, herself, is a great person to work with. She is very understanding and supportive when the automatic payments don't go like they are supposed to. She fixes it right off.
