This place is a joke! I just got off the phone trying to setup a ride from wilton to a dentist appointment in farmington 8 days ahead of time and they wouldn't let me setup a ride until i contact mainecare, (although at first they said it would cost $5 each way which is $2 higher each way than their website says, not including any discount from having mainecare). If i contacted mainecare then by the time they got done dilydallying i would miss my appointment. NO THANKS!! I'll walk, it will suck but atleast my appointment will happen. The pain in my teeth/gums is more important than what my legs will be feeling.

Very hard to count on. Constantly canceling. Very rude customer service, I was made to feel quite guilty for using this service by staff members. I use this bus service to call only one way to work so I can be a productive member of our community, and pay taxes which funds services such as this.

this place is an absolute joke. a client has been waiting to be picked up since 11 and it is now 3 and no one seems to be able to tell us when she can be picked up this is unacceptable
